After 7 years of trouble-free installation, I suddenly had trouble with my front door lock. I called the company on Monday, 2/8/2021. I explained the problem and was told they would give me a call back after they had checked the workload for that day. True to their word, they called to say an engineer would be with me that afternoon and confirmed the time.

Liam arrived on time, and was not only pleasant and polite, but was also a credit to his trade! Liam not only fixed the new lock, he realigned the door, and didn’t leave until he was 100% happy that everything was working perfectly – a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and doing a job well. Thank you, Liam, it was such a breath of fresh air to see such commitment and dedication!
